On the one bill it is off center. Is this enough to be considered a error worth keeping?
On the other some of the serial showed up on the back in the top left corner and the bottom right corner.

The top bill is produced this way from the cutting process. From what I have been told in the past, to have a premium it must be off enough to have part of the design of the next bill on it. Actually on older notes, centering is one thing that helps or hurts the price. Collectors like their notes centered. I'm not sure about the extra ink on the bottom note but I wouldn't think this is enough to command a premium. See what others say before doing anything with it.

One thing I have learned about grading uncirculated currency is that notes are downgraded when not properly centered, i.e. it is considered detrimental to the eye appeal of the note. However, once part of the design is missing then it gets interesting as long as it was not intentionally cut from a collector sheet(that can be verified by serial number).

I'd spend them.

The other guys are right about the top note. Need to see part of another note and NOT cut from a sheet by hand to qualify as an error.

The second one is just a bit of bleed through and very minor. On a $1 note if more pronounced it might be something but as I said I'd spend them but keep looking and asking.

I agree, I would spend them both.
