It appears to show strong Doubling in the first2 letters of Quarter on reverse side ? So wondering if it is Doubling? And can see Doubling in lower part of letter .D of word Dollar? Wondering if I am right.im still learning

What you see is PMD, Post Mint Damage. The coin has been hit quite a few times.

On a DDR, the affect is on the tops of the devices, but the devices are enlarged, showing spread on the devices:

Note the top image is showing normal size devices, the DDR is the the lower image. Note as I mentioned the tops affected in the centers? But also note the whole device is wider/talle/enlarged. On your coin the devices are normal sized, just the tops of the devices were affected.

The devices will be enlarged on a doubled die.

no mint error (no DDR), just post mint damage ( PMD).
