I can't identify what's going on with the 1 in the date and Y in Liberty. Is this something or nothing?

Thanks coop. It doesn't look enlarged but I was wondering why the metal is pushed up like that on the 1. Still hard for me to tell when its doubling or what

Looks more like a contact mark. Probably from another coin that same year. Note the other devices are also altered slightly, more so on the '1'. But probably all happened at the same time.
