The 1926 S will come someday. It must be a full horn. Here is another nickel. 1879 Shield nickel. Super low mintage of only 25,900. This, along with the 1880 (business strike) with 16,000 minted are 2 of the hardest coins to find. Look at the mintage of some of the top collector coins. 09 S V.D.B, 16 D Merc, 93 S Morgan..etc. and these 2 are far lower than anything collected, gold coins excluded. PCGS VG details. Corrosion removed.  |

Very nice! You have some highly collectable coins, but that 1879 nickel is probably the rarest of the lot. I myself try to focus more on rarity over popularity and certainly appreciate that one even with the details designation.
