1879 Silver Dollar Error Coin? - Coin Community Forum

Jorjor New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 07/30/2021 2:08 pm Hello I have an 1879 Silver Dollar that I don't know whether it was just abused or if it's an error coin. please look at the pictures and give me your thoughts. there are "bumps" all over both sides. It looks like some of the lettering is on top of these bumps making me think its an error coin. I have little to no experience with coins. Thank you for your input. Report this Post to the Staff
