Hey Gang , ran through all the examples available on Wexlers, and have scoured the web looking for another. but yet to turn one over. is this a Die Error?, or is it an error of another name? Just looks like the olive branch grew from another spot on the tree. thanks in advance for any information provided .

Hi there.
Your highlighted photo, that looks like the stem took a hit and was pushed.

Now, I'll say that coins like this that are all beat up and wore out intrigue me.
There is always lots to examine.

I noticed two other areas of interest to me.
Either Pareidolia or actually something on the die.
The shadows around the area on the "leaves" that I see, lead me to believe it is raised metal.
Its always extremely difficult to examine a coin from pictures.
Can you please take full coin pictures of this coin.
I'd like to see if the rims are equal or showing misalignment.

I downloaded your picture so I can highlight what I see.

My highlights are in blue.
Between the E P, it looks like a P there to me.
The other looks like shifted leaf or just Pareidolia.

Thanks for sharing this.
