New Member With Some Questions About A Morgan

I'm an amateur coin collector at best and all though I've done tons of research I cannot make heads or tails of this Morgan. It's an 1879 but it has the reverse of an 1878 but it has no mint mark. I was under the impression only the S mint had the 1878 reverse, but I'm probably wrong. What I can tell you about the coin is it appears to be uncirculated, it definitely has doubling on several of the letters and stars, it has a frosty looking finish on it, and above the U N I on the reverse it has perfect little brass colored lines right above the letters. Hopefully someone can inform me on whether I found something special or just another 1879 Morgan. Again thank you for welcoming me to your community and look forward to hearing your responses. Edit: The coin does have some questionable attributes. Again, hard to tell from the supplied photos, but the date looks off and the details I can make out on the reverse look out of proportion in certain places.
