Pics are too dark and soft to see surface details clearly.

Given the soft, contrasty photos originally posted, I'd say MS60. Sharp, better lit (diffused lighting) images might change the assessment.

if the obverse condition is like the reverse, I'd say 62 or 63

The wheat lines appear to be worn.

Here are some new images on white background. I am trying to do my best for you to see what I see.
Trust me, there is absolutely no wear on the ears. I can add close ups of them if requested. Trying to avoid image overload. The close ups will be sharp but off color.
This is a learning experience for me (grading). I look forward to your responses which I am hopefully will include explanations and reasoning for downgrading, this is why I went high and wish to learn the things that knock a grade down.

Maybe to many, but just trying to provide optimum clarity.

The last image is the best. Without seeing the reverse, I'd say MS-63 but uncertain of color designation.

Here are some images of the wheat Ears from the scope. Not worn much at all from my perspective. Into the MS range.
Please school me

I see very light wear on the wheat 'kernels'. Overall, I'll stay with MS60.

There seems to be some abrasions on both rims that can assume the coin has minute wear . Still on the fence to give it a grade .

looking at the last obverse photo posted this coin is a little tougher to grade as it looks like weak obverse strike which could be construed with wear. i'd like to see a better photo of the reverse similar to the obverse just posted.

i think the coin may be MS but on the lower end. maybe MS61 or 62. cant get a good read on color as the reverse photos dont look like they are accurate as to what the coin actually looks like in hand. if they are accurate then I have to go with BN
