Just a grimy normal cent. Business strike cents are only struck once. Proof cents are struck twice. Machine doubled coins are only struck once. (The Machine Doubling is damage after the strike and can appear in single/double/triple directions, but the coin is only struck once) Doubled die are only struck once. (The hub doubling is on the die, not double struck) Note the obverse is doubled, but the reverse is normal. It is because it was the obverse die that was hub doubled making that die, a "Doubled Die." If a coin is double struck, then two sets of devices will appear on both sides of the coin. A double struck coin can also flip over before the second strike. But normally the business strike coins are only struck once.
