I find that first one interesting in that the "S" is backwards in both ADMINISTRACION and MINAS. On tokencatalog.com, I see two similar examples, also dated 1864, but with 1/4 in the central field and with the S correctly oriented.

I just got one of the irradiated dimes as well! Looks like they were made for visitors to the Oak Ridge Atomic Museum and another type without encapsulation was made for the World's Fair in New York in 64-65. The radioactivity in them decayed in less than a minute so no worries! A nice piece of Cold War history!
