Looks like a lo of glare making it hard to see what you are seeing. But on the reverse on USA, there appears to be Machine Doubling on some the devices. But factor in the glare this maybe gray color, which would be split plating on the tops of the devices and outside edges of the building. Without the glare, it probably looks like this coin:

If so, then it is not a doubled die, but a coin issue. There was a stronger strike on this coin and it split through the plating. This is common to see and not a premium for the coin.
