I think this is the oldest penny I have found so far, I see the is a mat version but idk how you could tell unless the coin was close to mint state so I think finding that out is impossible but let me know

@kanga, thank you. None of the older pennies u have are in great shape, some better then this but I think this is the oldest one I'll find. Since I fairly positive this was a collection dump I doubt I find anything pre 37, I was hoping to come across a 36 or something earlier(doubt I'd ever find a 36 dot) I'd probably faint if I found one lol, then when I woke up I'd be convinced it was fake. I imagine there are plenty of fake dot cents out there
