Thought some members would want to see this neat strike-through I found while searching 1976 mint sets.

At first, I thought it was part of the design until I started looking closer.

Is it a metal shaving? I hope that I'm looking at the right place.

Okiecoiner, maybe this will help, Strike-through on the left, normal reverse on the right.

It is a tricky strike-through since it looks like part of the design. I'm not 100% sure what the object was that it was struck through, I assume possibly wire or string.

Yep, that's where I thought that it was.
