I have over 30 B7 1947 dollars, and all have bow and stern waterlines that are straight and clearly defined.
This 1947 dollar seems to be different as the Bow WL's seem to be rippled.
I checked all my B7's, P7's and ML's, including some varieties, a total of over 70 1947 dollars.
AND none had rippled Waterlines anywhere, not on the Bow, nor on the stern.!!! These ripples are NOT caused by lighting or reflections. Look at the stern WL.perfect.

question: is it possible it is from the PRoC?
perhaps one of these new computer made pieces?
is it hard polished dies?
OR, what is it? is it normal?/ no?
The coin is NGC graded as a POINTED 7. another of their huge and careless slip-ups as it is a B7 without a doubt.

I do not own this coin YET, and it is up for auction soon.

In "nickelsguy"'s educational presentations, he talked about some of the Geo fakes had an incomplete bridge of the nose where it attaches to the forehead. I can't tell if there is an incomplete space on your coin or not. He had also mentiuoned that some of the "I's" are different, some with serifs, some not.
