Hello, this is my first post :) Wondering if this coin was ever circulated. Ive had this coin for over 30 years. Anyone seen another one like this? Is it worth anything? Google is no help! Thanks!

That cent has been plated and put in a bezel as a piece of jewelry.
Might as well leave it as is. There is no value in the cent by itself
as it is now considered damage.

I think the coin was put in the bezel before the coin was nickel electro plated.
