I used to collect coins many years ago and have recently been tasked with helping a friend go through a collection his partner left him when he passed away. It's daunting, and to say there are boxes of coins would be an understatement. I am not sure of how they are even arranged yet. One small box we went through, about half the size of a cigar box, contained everything from current coins, which I told him to spend, to early 1800s American coins and a few odds and ends from late 1700s England and Russia It's a task I will enjoy taking on, but am looking forward to about a years worth of work. I look forward to any information and advice members can offer and will probably be posting frequently on the more specific forums. Have a great day and stay safe.
