Stumbled across this and thought it was interesting. Could this be a strike thru or possibly doubling of some kind, or is it PMD? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Looks a gouge or a pretty good hit on Linc's forehead. Other than that, I'm not sure what you are talking about.

The gouge on the fore head, I would think that if it had been hit, it would raise the edges of the gouge. Its just super smooth with not even as much as a scratch on it

Looks like maybe high bounce MD or over polished die issue.

A minor issue is rolling lines seen on the coin. No premium for either issue though.

Please present photos with the coin laying on a flat surface, and without angles. And too, your photos are very dark. Practice your coin photography before posting. It isn't easy, but becomes easier the more you do,
