i think its coming this sept , just what is a American Eagle 2021 W One Ounce Silver Uncirculated Coin ?

is this the same as bullion that came out earlier ?

It is not the same.

Bullion is only sold to authorized dealers. There is no mint mark.

The uncirculated/burnished coin is sold through the mint and has a mint mark.
