Instead of two of the Reverse, would you show us the Obverse also.
It may be a plating problem.

Iv come across these before is several denominations, at first looks like a finger print but all the lines are straight. Not sure what causes it but assume PMD.

Just toning marks - it could be related to the rolling of the bronze strip. Not an error and worth face value.
