It is an unofficial Constantinian GLORIA EXERCITVS. Without clear obverse legend, there is no telling for sure who the obverse is-- Constantine I or one of the Caesars...though from the bust, a Caesar is most likely. It is probably copying a Western mint, like Arles, Lyons or Trier. It was struck circa A.D. 330- 335.
