I found 2 coins like this glued inside some vintage earrings and I have no idea if they are real or what they are, I've been searching for hours

ANTONINVS PIVS AVG BRIT; laureate head right.
PROFECTIO AVG; Caracalla standing right, holding spear, two standards behind him.
RIC IV Rome 225

The style looks fine, but the edges look raised, maybe something done to mount it; but without a closer look or better pictures, I would assume it is a cast; especially if the other one is the same.
