Both are Chinese cash of Emperor Hsuan Tsung, also called Tao-Kuang, 1821-1850.

The mint name for the second one is Board of Revenue in Beijing.

The mint name for the first one is worn and difficult to read. Might be Board of Revenue or Board of Works. With the coin in hand, under magnification, you might be able to tell by matching on the referenced page.
