What is the weight of this piece? Looks sort of fake to me.

The obverse looks like it is infested with black carbon spots caused by moisture . I would have to say environmental damage to it. Quite possible the coin was left for a long time obverse down, which allowed the toning on the reverse to develop.

It looks heavily damaged in multiple ways.

Purdy sure the reverse is glue. Try acetone.

Coin weight is 12.47grams. Goes to show preservation is most important.

It's a common date/mm.
In that condition it can be treated as either:
-- a space filler, or
-- bullion.
