Again, impossible to judge the true color from these overexposed images, so I won't offer an opinion.

Going to copy and paste for the 1901, 02, and 03 IHC. All 3 look mid-high AU. Surfaces: color and luster all have that look like MS70 was at play here. Could just be sellers pics. Possibly problem coins.

Beyond me how NS can continue to buy poorly-photographed coins like this, likely overexposed to hide surface issues and deceive the buyer.

I think NS is a gambler. If you buy this one thinking it's AU details, then anything better makes you a winner.

Sticking with my initial theory on all 3 IHC. All look to be AU Details. Luster and color of toning in the fields and haloing the devices look like all 3 took a swim in MS70
