Found this one this morning going through some collections of coins in slips. It's lightly cleaned, which kinda stinks, but still has a decent look to it. Never really understood why this one was a CPG variety, as it's not as strong as some other RPMs, but there it is.

Nice one! It's amazing what nice varieties get passed on by the CPG but some minor ones make it in. We should have a CCCPG, a CoinCommunity Cherry-Picker's Guide.

Nice one, I've always liked this variety just because there are far fewer significant RPMs on late 60s-80s Lincoln cents than on the earlier coins in the series.

@CoinHunter27 totally agree with your point about the CPG. It's baffling to me how something like the 1959 FS-104 can make the CPG, but major doubled dies like many of the 1983 DDOs, the 1972-D DDOs, 1990 WDDO-004, etc., etc. don't make the cut. I really feel like we as collectors are poorly served by the CPG, since varieties listed there sell for about 10x the value of comparable varieties that they don't list, which results in tons of great coins being totally under-appreciated while a lot of mediocre varieties like the 1959 FS-104 hold an unreasonable amount of value.
