Hi, could somebody give me advice what to name this edge error?

It looks like double punched.

Well the outside edge if caused by dryer damage in a commercial laundry mat. The reverse is showing a tilted die strike. If it had a fin, there would be a premium, but they often get flattened by the rolling process.

But if there were a fin there, it is not longer there. So no premium for this coin because of the damage.
