ive only taken this coin out of its packaging with gloves into a seperate sleeve cause its a kennedy accented hair. but there seems to be what looks like a fingerprint on the neck of kennedy and theres these weird lines? its only on the obverse.

Part of the design only seen on early die strikes.

Edited: as far as the "fingerprint" goes. Lines in the field... Maybe odd toning...lets see what others think

I would soak it in pure acetone for awhile to remove any organic substances from the surface. It doesn't harm the coin. The coin is inorganic.
