Has anyone else seen this before on 1995 no mint mark pennies? Would this be considered doubling? Or how would I classify this one? Report this Post to the Staff

If it's raised you might have an interior die break in that shape. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
