Does it have holes in it? Also, your pics are a little out or focus in the center.

I am seeing the Crucifixion of Jesus scene with three crosses. Jesus in center and the two thieves, one on each side.

I don't think it is a coin. There is no sign of writing or numerals on it .
Maybe some sort of religious medallion.
