All damage or multiple strikes trhough grease? doubling, liberty wrote through face multiple times it looks like, also looks like some weird Ceasars style headpace. D stamped on reverse at end instead of circle (or a chipped dye).

Looks like full bands so it's not physically damaged too bad (at least on reverse) just looks really odd to me. Even when I hold it I'm not sure what to make of it lol...

All damage. There is nothing there that could happen when the coin was struck.
Not sure where you see the chipped DIE

@mze, it is a little hard to see any potential errors through the heavy surface staining. I'm inclined to think that it is all damage too.
