Quite baggy but no damage.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I agree with comments by DBM.

Looks like very honest on screen pictures, showing all of the contact marks, making it easier to grade, with coin not under plastic.

MS-62. For me, the marks on the neck are too distracting to make MS-63.
