I need to get the fingerprint off it and I there is a thin scratch in Elizabeth's hair, minor scratched on the devices but I need to zoom in 10× to see them really. Not sure if I'll keep it but it's one of the shiniest coins iv found lol, more of a mirror finish then most of the 2021 quarters I see.

If that fingerprint has been on the coin for more than a few hours, there's a very strong likelihood it's not coming off.

That's unfortunate, ya I found it with the fingerprint, mayb that's why someone got rid of it, figured the fingerprint ruined the coin. I was quite suprized to find a coin that's 21 years old in this condition in a circulation roll. Or mayb when it got put into the roll it happened who knows. O well I guess just a nice shiny spender lol.

Too much flashback on the portrait side to evaluate surface details.

Not sure if this pictures any better. But with the fingerprint stuck on there for ever I don't think grade would be anything good. Basically other. Then a single scratch through the queen's hair there isn't really any marking except micro scratches.

I wonder if this quarter was a "first strike" just because it has really high gloss
