Hi. I hope you don't only grade U.S. coins. Here is a French one to try. Maybe you could let me know exactly what it is and maybe a value.

Regards

Steve

Ok that is a french coin in "about good" condition.
It's 1855 and That is either a Duex(2) Cino (5) or Dix (10) centemes coin. I can't tell the size by the photo and the denomination is just about worn off.

The Duex (2) is about the size of a one cent USA coin
The Cino (5) is about the size of a USA quarter
and the Dix (10) is about the size of a USA half dollar.

The portrait is of Emperor Napoleon III. A cool coin, A real piece of history that has past thru many hands before reaching your collection. But sadly not worth much maybe 25 to 50 cents.

If I had to guess, I think it's a Cino a 5 centemes coin.
Under the eagle is a small letter. Either A, B, BB, D, K, MA, W which is the mint mark. About 15 million or more were minted with each mint mark.

Good call Toast,

It is the size of a quarter, so I guess it is a 5 centemes.

Thanks for your valuation.
