EF-40 but the surface color is questionable.

On review, the color doesn't look natural, have to agree.

PCGS Graded XF Details Cleaned, here are the TrueView photos. Turns out it is also SNOW-8, OBV Off-center Clash Marks. Considering the grade the variety probably doesn't increase value any.
