1 Cent 1978 Rim Angle Cut?

I was looking 1978 BU cents roll. When I opened it, my eyes stopped on one who the edge of the rim and a slope and make space between both coins. Ounce removed, the bottom is missing materiel in angle. The other side is not affected. On the flat angular surface, many verticales lines can be seen. The cent is not distorded and no marks visible at the other. The the obvserce side, there is a light misaligned die too.

Is it a kind of clip?
