Looking at your pics which are pretty blurry with a lot of glare, this is definitely not any type of 'doubled ear'. I do see PMD though on your coin. This is a zinc cored Lincoln Cent and it appears that the thin copper plating has worn off of the facial elements and has exposed the underlying zinc core thus showing the shiny silver stuff you are seeing.
