Can't tell if the lighting is causing the effect, but surfaces do not look original. They look flat, possibly an old cleaning or quick dip in an acid and then retoned. Low mid AU, possibly Details

IMHO , Coin was either uncirculated or close to it , then cleaned and retoned . A details coin .

I had thought the toning was similar to this one. Looks like I was totally off on that one.
