Found this strap hunting. Massive bleed through on this. The serial number on the right is quite visible in real life and all along the bottom also. My picture taking leaves a lot to be desired. Cannot see it all with this lighting. I`m trying to get it better.

I wouldn't consider that bleed through. Sometimes the freshly printed and banded notes pick up ink from the notes above and below them in the stack. It's not common but it's also not unusual. The stuff on the lower margin looks like what printers call bed dust.
