I have found a quarter like this, one side is the queen, and the back side is blank except for the 2010 date and it says 25 cents. It has the raised edge and doesn't look damaged.

l'm sure a mod will move this to it's own thread.

Even though the photos are out of focus, it is easy to tell that your quarter has been modified.
What you have is impossible to happen during the striking of the coin so it is damage, not an error.

It was once a colorized coin.
Likely oh!Canada, baby or wedding or such.
The colored feature has been removed with a solvent.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
