Thanks for the opinions. I've compared 1990 and 1996 dates and the "0" in 1990 is noticeably larger than this last digit in the date IMO. I'm pretty confident this is 1996.

At first I thought 66 and (RRDC) on the reverse.

Just curious in the 2015 Charlton album I have it says not to clean nickel coins with acetone but rather a light soap and water cleaning (I know this is not made of just nickel,is this true for pure nickel or nickel plated coins?

Acetone is fine for nickels. Very nice coin!
