Hello,

Got this 1931 D Wheat penny that seems to have all the detail - my first pass I just assumed it was a vf/ef - but as I look at it closer I'm wondering if its more AU to MS 60? Or is it just wishful thinking

What are your thoughts Id appreciate what you have. Thank you in advance.

There is a bit of a glare off the flip.

Exactly why we recommend removing coins from holders before taking photos whenever possible. Also, please crop photos a bit better before posting them. Overall, a nice looking coin.

Thanks all

John 1 - I am not sure if I can crop it better. My editing tool gives me more of a rectangle shape and I am not able to square it off.

Agreed with AU50, possibly 53. Removing coins from the flips before photos definitely helps.

Looks high grade. I'd say AU-58 but honestly not seeing much wear at all so could be better.

Is the streak from the rim to the "ME" of AMERICA on the coin or is on the 2x2 or glare from the light hitting the 2x2? It looks in the mid-AU range. Photos outside the 2x2 would help.

Nice one!
