1943 Steel Wheat Pennies Cloudy Spotting What Is It?

Cujohn Pillar of the Community United States 7174 Posts	Posted 09/13/2021 5:50 pm They look shiny, but for value they have been reduced to 3 or 4 cents. The spots on them are where they weren't cleaned very good before thy were replated. Report this Post to the Staff
