1988 Lincoln Cent Double Ear, Obverse Side Has A Half Strike On The E, S, And

Believe I have the double ear Lincoln Cent!!! Also on the obverse side the E,S,And the O are half striked. Could I please get some options on this coin. Really appreciate it.
