I am having trouble identifying what kind of error or PMD this could be. Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

@gigi, first welcome to CCF. Second, those are both plating blisters where a small hole in the copper plating has left the zinc core exposed to the environment. Zinc can expand slightly as it deteriorates.

@spence, thank you! Just curious, do you think the mark under/to the left of the zinc blister appears to be a number, or just leftover from the zinc blob? I think I have been staring at this too long!
