For sure it's damage, perhaps from a rolling machine.

Very common, we see these on the forum quit often.
Machine damage such as vending, coin wrapping or rolling.
Considered damage.

I agree with Spence, Jimmy and the Frog, post mint damage, perhaps from a coin wrapping or vending machine.
