" State Quarters" and "National Parks ( ATB Quarters)' are two different series.
As far as (P) Philadelphia, or (D) Denver Mint mark, it's just an identifier of where the coin was minted, a variety really. only more desirable if it's low enough mintage, which none of them really are.
for State Quarters the low mintage one is 2008-D Oklahoma, Mintage 194,600,000, everything else is over 200 million and more
for ATB Quarters, the hard ones are 2012 P or D Chaco Culture at 22,000,000 each mintmark, then 2012-P Acadia, Mintage 21,606,000, theres a bunch around 30 million also from 2011-2013.
in 2019 and 2020 they did some ATB Quarters with a W mintmark for West Point Mint, 2 million of each design, 5 designs per year and released to circulation.
there's also the Mint direct S mint mark circulation strikes they sold directly to people, this started in 2012 and ended with the ATB Quarter series. those range from 800K mintage to 1.5 million mintage or so, BUT all of them are nice condition and sold directly to collectors by bags and rolls, going to be a long time for any of them to become rarities.
