OK I had to get a new phone and my first Peace dollar (1922) got here today so I'm playing with it. What do you think? BTW 1922, MS60, Uncirculated.

You have done very well with your 'phone.
Has shown up the luster nicely.
Most of us haven't done as well as you have done here.

Would be appreciated if you may share with us how you did it.
I am sure that quite a few would like to emulate your photographic technique.

I'm using a Samsung a51. I think it's got 4 cameras in back. I pretty much used auto focus and just point and shoot. I put the coin on my guitar case and put my elbows on a flat surface. I turned the flash off.. Literally...that's what I did. And then I cropped it with the phone's software. I didn't change any settings other than the flash. Distance...I didn't really measure that, just aimed and brought it into focus.

Nice. What slab and what did it set you back?

It set me back about $35 if you count the shipping. I'm gonna have to play with it some more to get the lighting right. I forgot to add it's an NGC slab.

Looks better than MS-60 I think you got a good deal! Can you post some more photos with better lighting and both sides?

With auto flash. I could not reduce that without creating a shadow. Regardless, it's simply stunning!

A very well struck Peace dollar. The hair detail is strong.
