1992 was the only year that $5 notes had that prefix and they were printed with numbers 000001 to 999999, so that's 999999 notes with that prefix. Possibly AK74 000000 was printed and sold off as part of a charity sheet but I'm not sure - in any case, an extra note is nothing in the scheme of things if it exists.
