Looks to be a regular 1967 half with major hairlines, meaning that it has been improperly cleaned.
The contrast between the dirt/toning in the devices and the clean high points can make details out more, like in the hair.

thank you for the response. is good to know. I personally dont clean coins but cant say what happened to it before I got it. I thought I would ask about it since the color was so different from the rest.
