Good evening. Hunting rolls I came across this Idaho State Quarter. The obverse is normal considering it's been in circulation. The reverse has multiple little dots all over it. It feels it too. Running my finger across I can feel them. I soaked it in acetone thinking glue or whatnot but it did not come off. I took a q tip and rubbed it with warm water and light soap. Still there. It is in the coin. It looks like a type of fabric and feels the same. I know you guys can look and tell me if it's my mind playing tricks or is this struck through cloth? Thanks and God bless. Happy hunting everyone!

It may have been inside a wet canvas bag, staining that side of this coin. Not a premium, just an explanation.

That's a better explanation than I could offer for sure!
